About the role
- The ideal candidate is a strong technical program leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at managing multiple stakeholders, and is comfortable balancing Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies.
- Monitor program health through delivery metrics, risk management, milestone tracking, and executive reporting, providing leadership with clear visibility into progress and key decisions.
- Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies, risks, and roadblocks while fostering collaboration across technical and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity and technology programs, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, resource allocation, and stakeholder communications across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Drive Agile delivery by serving as a Scrum Master or Agile lead, facilitating ceremonies, managing backlogs, and coaching teams on Agile best practices.
- Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, compliance, and business stakeholders to translate technical requirements into actionable delivery plans.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale technical programs or projects within enterprise environments.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering enterprise cybersecurity or information security programs.
- Familiarity with Application Security, Security Operations, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Privacy.
- Understanding of modern security practices, including Secure SDLC, vulnerability management, threat modeling, Zero Trust, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Experience integrating security tooling and automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working within enterprise PMOs or large-scale program governance environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
