Responsibilities

  • Maintains the departmental quality electronic monitoring system and dashboard.
  • In consultation with the Quality team, initiates intradepartmental apparent cause analyses when appropriate and leads associated investigative and improvement work.
  • Leads and/or participates in quality improvement projects and activities internal to the department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine.
  • Administers and manages various departmental systems associated with Quality Management.
  • Develops and advances own expertise related to quality improvement and change management.

Requirements

  • Performs scheduled and focused audits as required.

Skills

  • Experience applying data analysis to drive fact-based decisions.
  • Teaching/coaching skills are required
  • Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB)
  • American Society for Quality (ASQ) - upon hire

Compensation

  • $76,100.00 - $97,000.00 Annually
  • Salary ranges are shown for full-time jobs.
  • If you're working part-time, your pay will be adjusted accordingly.
