Responsibilities
- Maintains the departmental quality electronic monitoring system and dashboard.
- In consultation with the Quality team, initiates intradepartmental apparent cause analyses when appropriate and leads associated investigative and improvement work.
- Leads and/or participates in quality improvement projects and activities internal to the department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine.
- Administers and manages various departmental systems associated with Quality Management.
- Develops and advances own expertise related to quality improvement and change management.
Requirements
- Performs scheduled and focused audits as required.
Skills
- Experience applying data analysis to drive fact-based decisions.
- Teaching/coaching skills are required
- Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB)
- American Society for Quality (ASQ) - upon hire
- Preferred

Compensation
- $76,100.00 - $97,000.00 Annually
- Salary ranges are shown for full-time jobs.
- If you're working part-time, your pay will be adjusted accordingly.
