About the role
- Coordinates and collects all information necessary for new patient assessment and scheduling of new patient treatments.
- Conducts skilled nursing assessments that evaluate physical and emotional status of patients and communicates findings to physicians as appropriate.
- Prepares patient and equipment and assists physician with exams, treatment, and procedures.

- Performs triage of patient inquiries and coordinates appropriate resolution and follow-up.

Requirements
- Acute care nursing or coordination of care experience required.
- Current LVN license issued by the Texas State Board of Nurse Examiners or LVN Licensure.
Nice to have
- At least 1-3 years of radiation/oncology experience or oncology certification preferred.
