Responsibilities
- NOTE - Ideally this position is part-time and can lead into a full-time role.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or in other secretarial position
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
- University degree
Nice to have
- Understanding of sales and marketing principals
- Writing experience (eg. you may be writing video scene descriptions!)
- Basic data entry experience
- Knowledge and use of hashtags and social media (RT/Likes/Etc)
- Experience as an administrative assistant in a professional environment is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Collects and composes information needed for reporting, projects, memorandums and other correspondence for the CMO
