ERG seeks an experienced Senior Subcontracts Administrator to join our growing Contracts team.

You will collaborate closely with Contract Administrators, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and support successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to effectively manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

The qualified individual must be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated experience independently preparing, negotiating, and administering subcontract agreements
Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR)
