Requirements
- You have 6+ years in HR or People Operations, including 3+ years leading distributed global teams in a high-growth environment.
- You bring deep expertise across the end-to-end employee lifecycle, HR systems, global operations, and multi-country compliance.
Compensation
- for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets.
