Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and one (1) year of coaching experience with a collegiate rowing program or four (4) years of NCAA Division I Rowing experience.
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
- Possess a valid driver's license with the ability to be insured by University of Louisville.

Nice to have
- NCAA Division I Rowing coaching experience
- Strong understanding of athlete conditioning and maintenance
- Experience with rowing-specific data collection modalities.
- Working knowledge of recruiting and video software

- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
