About the role
- We're seeking smart, driven candidates who are passionate about beginning a career in real estate.
- This internship will involve working approximately 40 hours per week for a duration of approximately 8 weeks, with flexible start and end dates.
- Interns will be paid an hourly rate of $20 an hour.
Responsibilities
- Support market research (rent comps, retail prospecting, void analysis)
- Build/maintain comp databases (parking, approvals, design teams, etc.)
- Support feasibility analysis (TestFit, basic proforma + lease review)
Requirements
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn internal systems
