About the role
- USAA is currently looking for dedicated Health Solutions Specialists (Mid-Level) to join our team.
- In Health Solutions, we offer Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans, as well as final expense policies.
- Our goal is to provide the best possible service to our members, while educating them on all options available within Life Company (health and life insurance and annuities).
Responsibilities
- Asks questions to discover key information and life events and understand need or problem. Documents relevant information.
- techniques and persuasion skills and implements recommendation(s).
- May provide limited member servicing support.
- Supports enterprise business goals through the achievement of individual referral and product acquisition goals.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required.
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is: $54,550 - $92,060
- USAA does not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
