Responsibilities
- Lead complex measurement strategy, tagging, instrumentation, and implementation workstreams across multiple business areas, channels, platforms, or stakeholder groups.
- Own and guide event design, tagging architecture, consent-aware tracking behavior, QA strategy, and platform configuration needed to support reliable and scalable measurement.
- Lead implementation audits and identify gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve measurement quality and consistency.
- Serve as a senior partner to client and internal stakeholders by advising on measurement implications, implementation tradeoffs, data collection strategy, privacy considerations, and instrumentation priorities.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts, CRO Analysts, SEO / GEO Specialists, Analytics Engineers, Data Engineers, and Architects to align measurement solutions with reporting needs, platform realities, and business objectives.
- Support proposal work, capability building, and internal thought leadership where measurement expertise is needed.
- Translate ambiguous business and stakeholder needs into structured measurement plans, event frameworks, tracking requirements, implementation designs, and actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Google Tag Manager expertise
- Deep working knowledge of digital measurement, event tracking, tagging strategy, and analytics implementation.
- Strong ability to define measurement approaches, event frameworks, and instrumentation strategies in complex business environments.
- Strong understanding of tag management, data layers, consent behaviors, cookie governance, and customer event flows.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations and bring structure to loosely defined measurement needs.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and elevate the quality of delivery across teams.

- Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)

Compensation
- The offered salary range is 160.000 - 210.000 USD annually, depending on experience and location.
