About the role
- The Estimator is responsible for assessing vehicle damage and providing accurate cost estimates to customers.
- This role involves thorough vehicle inspections, preparation of detailed repair plans, and clear communication with both customers and insurance companies.
- The Estimator works closely with technicians, suppliers, and insurance adjusters to ensure the seamless execution of repairs while maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Photograph damage and document vehicle conditions for reference.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure the accuracy of estimates and assess the feasibility of repairs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely updates on repair progress and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and inspect vehicles for prolonged periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Create detailed repair plans, outlining labor, parts, materials, and time required for each job.
- Ensure all required documentation is submitted and updated in a timely manner.

- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
