Compensation
- Guaranteed salary for 3 years with incentives

- Provider will lead and work collaboratively with a team, including nurses, medical assistants, case and care managers, behavioral health clinicians, pharmacist clinicians, and clerical staff to provide care to patients.
- Patient Centered Medical Home Support team consisting of Behavioral Health Clinicians, Clinical Pharmacists, Advanced Practice Clinicians (NP/PA), RN & Medical Assistants
- State of New Mexico Medical License, DEA & NM Controlled Substance Registration.
