About the role

  • Integrate AKS with Azure networking components such as VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, and Application Gateway (AGIC).
  • Monitor cluster health and application performance using Azure Monitor and Grafana.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Kubernetes workloads including Pods, Deployments, StatefulSets, Services, and Ingress controllers.
  • Implement scalable and highly available architectures using AKS best practices (node pools, autoscaling, HA designs).
  • Manage container lifecycle using Docker and Azure Container Registry (ACR).
  • Implement security best practices including RBAC, Azure AD integration, pod security policies, and secrets management.
  • Manage cluster upgrades, patching, and capacity planning to ensure platform reliability.
  • Collaborate with development teams to onboard applications to AKS and improve deployment practices.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.

Requirements
