Responsibilities
- Workday Support and Problem Solving
- Partner with users to understand their questions, processes, and desired outcomes.
- Escalate complex issues when needed and collaborate with internal team members and external partners to reach resolution.
- Lead new med-low effort and support large WD enhancements, system changes, and HR technology initiatives
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution evaluation, testing, implementation, and post-launch support.
- Develop and execute test scenarios for enhancements, break/fix solutions, integrations, and Workday releases.
- Validate that system changes meet business requirements and provide a positive end-user experience.
- Continue developing hands-on Workday configuration knowledge and capabilities.
- Lead or support HRIS-enabled projects and help manage the prioritization of incoming requests.
- Provide project management support across the HR technology portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field, or commensurate experience.
- Three or more years of experience working with Workday technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication for different audiences.
- Ability to think analytically and troubleshoot basic system functionality across the HR technology ecosystem.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to understand business processes and connect user needs to practical system solutions.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
Nice to have
- Functional Human Resources experience.
- Functional or techno-functional experience in UKG
- Quantitative data experience involving data visualization and HR analytics.
