About the role

Manage capital investment projects related to fixed assets, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support asset relocation, optimization, and acquisition from initial concept through project completion.

Propose and implement work processes in compliance with company Engineering Excellence.
Maintain ethical conduct standards.
Drive efficient operations and Good Hygienic Engineering (NGHE).

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Process, Chemical, Electrical, etc.).
Minimum 1-3+ years of relevant experience and achievement in a technical field with a project engineering background.
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
Strong leadership and technical skills.
Project engineering and plant design.
Equipment procurement and contracts.
Financial analysis and CAPEX budgeting.
Communication and networking.
MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel, Basic AutoCAD, Visio
Capital Investment Approval & Tracking
Lean Manufacturing
Bonus Points:

Strong technical, managerial and leadership skills
Knowledge of dry powder processing and packaging plants and technologies, or similar industries
Communication, facilitation and networking
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for food safety and equipment
Project Management and/or Process Engineering experience within the food, dairy, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or consumer products industry is a plus.
