Requirements
- Ensure implementation activity is executed within the required control framework and in accordance with applicable policies, procedures and regulatory expectations.
- Provide leadership, guidance and subject matter expertise to colleagues involved in implementation activity, even where there is no direct line-management responsibility.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in a relevant field).
- Knowledge of alternative asset classes, in particular; Private Equity, Private Credit, Hedge Funds, and Real Assets would be advantageous.
- A high-level understanding of the US regulatory landscape would be advantageous.
- Strong judgement and experience managing complex decisions, competing priorities and implementation risk in a client-sensitive environment.
- Track record of contributing to strategic priorities, process improvement and operating model enhancement, not solely day-to-day execution.
- Must be a keen problem solver. The individual should be able to confidently tackle unfamiliar challenges and tasks.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, SharePoint and Visio) and project management tools.
- Experience supporting Ultra High Net Worth / Private Clients would be advantageous.
Compensation
- 136600 Pay Range Maximum:
- In addition to the listed salary range, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package.
- Actual placement within the stated salary range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as internal equity.
