About the role

Asure's HCM offering includes Payroll & Tax, HR, and Time & Attendance software and HR Services ranging from online compliance tools to a fully outsourced HR department.
This is a hybrid position based in Austin, TX.
Processes benefit changes, such as qualifying events, terminations, etc.

Our HCM platform empowers more than 100,000 clients to build great teams and better manage their people while staying compliant in an ever-changing HR legislative landscape.
Leads open enrollment informational and/or help sessions.
Provide support to employees for leaves of absence, including all compliance-related communications and documentation.
Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, and provide guidance and interpretation for business operations.

Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
Advanced knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems, when necessary
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field
Proven success working in an HR department with 3-5 years of experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail

Manages all benefit processe s, including both new hire and annual enrollment process.

Self-Managed PTO
Handle all administrative tasks for new hire s, including I-9 completion ( including e-Verify ); enrollment in benefits; and 401k setup.

Ensures retroactive benefit changes are updated to payroll on a timely basis for correct payroll processing.
Partner with the HR team on value added strategic priorities such as employee culture initiatives, employee engagement surveys, diversity, equity and inclusion and more.

How you will contribute
Handle all administrative tasks for new hire s, including I-9 completion ( including e-Verify )
Over 600 employees strong, Asure sees Human Capital Management (HCM) through the lens of entrepreneurs and executives with an owner's mentality.
Han d le all administrative offboarding activities, including exit interviews over Teams or in person, processing terminations in HCM, sending offboarding information (including NDA information), and moving personnel files to terminated status.
