Managing building and equipment maintenance schedules.
Preparing for emergencies by creating building evacuation and other action plans.
Testing building security systems and promoting safety within the building.
Extensive experience in building and equipment maintenance.
Ability to respond to building and equipment emergencies.
In-depth knowledge of building safety regulations and security protocols.

Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
Ability to move throughout office, warehouse, manufacturing, and outdoor environments as needed to inspect facilities, equipment, and ongoing work.
Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and access elevated areas when conducting facility inspections or responding to maintenance issues.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach to inspect equipment, systems, and workspaces.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and through electronic communication methods.
Ability to respond to facility emergencies, which may require working outside of normal business hours and navigating various facility environments.
Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including exposure to noise, dust, temperature fluctuations, and outdoor weather conditions during facility inspections and maintenance activities.
Bachelor's or associate degree in project management, or similar.

PMP certification.
Extensive background in the aerospace and defense industry, with direct knowledge of uncrewed aerial systems strongly preferred.
Eligibility to obtain a DOD Secret clearance.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable facilities coordinator to ensure an optimal working environment in our buildings.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing regular building safety and security inspections, maintaining our building's equipment, and supervising cleaning crews.
To ensure success, facilities coordinators should exhibit extensive experience in facility maintenance and the ability to liaise with contractors.
A top-notch facilities coordinator should be a maintenance expert who promotes an eAicient and safe environment.
