About the role
- Extensive regional travel to supported practices and client sites is expected
- The Regional Practice Director provides strategic, operational, and people leadership across assigned practices within a defined geographic region.
- This is a highly visible leadership role requiring significant on‑site presence and close collaboration with practice and hospital leadership.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational performance, financial outcomes, and quality metrics across all sites
- Partner closely with client executives, physicians, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction
- Lead, mentor, and develop regional leadership teams to support engagement, retention, and performance
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities; proactively develop and implement improvement strategies
- Support growth initiatives, client transitions, and change management efforts
Requirements
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, change‑driven environment
- Experience partnering with hospital systems or large provider groups

- Bachelor's degree required
