About the role

1. Tackles enterprise-wide rotational business challenges with rigor, demonstrating the ability to successfully assimilate into each area, understand the objectives of the assignment in the broader context of Vanguard, exceed or achieve rotation objectives with accountability for all projects and assignments.
2. Builds sound business and investment acumen through each rotation. Applies understanding of Vanguard?s investment methodology, products and services, and the competitive environment to deliver and execute on high-impact projects.

Minimum of three years related experience. Five or more years of prior work experience preferred.

Defines project scope and requirements, establishes timeline, and ensures timely completion of deliverables.

Undergraduate degree and MBA are required.
