Employer immigration record

from this employer's Department of Labor filings

Files H-1B transfers

2 transfer filings in the last year, covering 2 workers. Median labor-condition decision: 8 days. An employer that already files transfers is one that can take over an existing H-1B.

Sourced from Department of Labor LCA, PERM and prevailing-wage disclosure data. Employer matching is by name, so figures may be split across an employer's legal entities. Absence of a filing means none appears in our copy of the data, not that none exists.

About the role

  • The bottleneck now has moved from code generation to security and safety - AI agents write code faster than any team can review it, and over 65% of the lines of code produced by them are insecure.
  • Vulnerabilities are piling up 16x faster than companies can fix them, and adversaries are able to exploit these new vulnerabilities within hours.
  • It runs inside the harness where coding agents work, through hooks, skills and MCP, so the controls sit outside the model and every agent action is visible.

  • Act as a Strategic Partner: Orchestrate cross-functional internal teams and engage executive, technical, and business stakeholders to understand customer goals and translate them into a clear, deliverable value narrative.
  • Confirm and Communicate Value: Proactively build and maintain executive relationships, run structured business reviews, and analyze adoption and usage trends to quantify value delivered, identify gaps, and drive financially grounded commercial recommendations and expansion opportunities.
  • Coordinate Complex Workstreams: Create and manage account plans covering the entire customer journey, and use project management skills to plan, track, and deliver customer enablement and success initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
  • Manage Risk Proactively: Identify technical, organizational, and relationship risk early, ensure critical issues are well-documented and escalated expeditiously with management, and drive resolution before issues threaten the relationship.
  • Coordinate Escalations: Coordinate responses to questions, issues, and escalations by working closely with Support, Product Management, Sales, Professional Services, and other teams, providing oversight to ensure a consistently positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Sales: Partner with the Sales team on account strategy, identifying opportunities for expansion and additional products or services within your accounts.
  • Elevate Team Practices: Manage your time to focus on the activities that most move the needle for satisfaction, renewal, and growth, and share best practices with teammates to raise the bar for the whole team.
  • Executive Presence: Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence at the VP/C-level, running business reviews and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.

  • able to diagnose a customer's broader security program maturity and guide them toward outcomes, not just answer the immediate question.

Benefits

  • Serve as Customer Advocate: Capture customer feedback and report requests to Product Management and Engineering, and share account health via regular reporting to management and internal stakeholders.

Company info

  • AI coding is the largest use case of enterprise AI adoption today, as is evident from the success of Anthropic on Claude Code, Cursor's $60B exit to SpaceX, and Cognition's $48B valuation.

  • AURI by Endor Labs closes that gap. It runs inside the harness where coding agents work, through hooks, skills and MCP, so the controls sit outside the model and every agent action is visible. Underneath is our patented code context graph, which maps code, open source, containers and infrastructure. It shows which vulnerabilities can actually be reached and exploited, then delivers fixes that won't break the application. Security teams get evidence instead of noise, and developers get fixes instead of tickets.
  • The companies building AI trust us to secure it - our customers include OpenAI, SpaceX, DoorDash, Dropbox, Atlassian, MongoDB, Snowflake, Robinhood and Peloton to name a few.
  • Endor Labs is the third company from Founder & CEO Varun Badhwar, who built Prisma Cloud, the platform that helped define cloud security, from $0 to $300M ARR at Palo Alto Networks.
  • We've raised $163M from Lightspeed, Coatue, DFJ Growth, Salesforce Ventures and Dell Technologies Capital.
  • Software runs everything around our lives today - banking, hospitals, airports and power grids.
