Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day operations of the practice-nothing falls through the cracks
- Drive production, collections, and schedule optimization
- Lead, coach, and develop your entire team (doctor, front desk, assistants, hygienists)
- Build a culture of ownership, urgency, and positivity
Compensation
- Competitive pay. Starting pay 60,000 and up, depending on experience (Dental only)
- 401(k) with match.
