About the role
- Location/Division Specific Information: The Microbiology Division provides solutions and workflow for food, clinical, and pharmaceutical environments.
- The markets we serve include food manufactures and labs, clinical and healthcare, pharma, and biotech.
- A Day in the Life: - Follow all written procedures and report discrepancies in procedures (SOP's, DHR's, etc.) to the Area Supervisor. - Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when needed.
Requirements
- Read, understand, and complete required documentation.
Nice to have
- No previous work experience required
- Previous work experience in manufacturing, operations, production or lab setting or related field preferred
- Experience in a cGMP environment Preferred
Skills
- Communicate efficiently in English, both verbal and written
- Understand and perform basic math
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time (around 10 hours a day)
- Ability to use push/pull force of up to 80 lbs
- Ability to lift product up to 50lb

- As a Manufacturing Operator you will carry out the production process by closely following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Standard Work Instruction Documents as they relate to assembly, materials handling, equipment operation, and finished goods' packaging.
