About the role

The Fundraising Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in upholding that standard by overseeing the systems and processes that power WCK's gift processing, donor acknowledgments, and financial
- reconciliation. This leader ensures that every contribution - whether large, small, recurring, or made in honor of someone, is processed swiftly, accurately, and with unwavering respect for donor intent. The Manager supervises and mentors a high-performing team that handles gift entry, acknowledgments, donor support, matching gifts, and pledge follow-up.

- and ensuring WCK's fundraising operations remain compliant, efficient, and donor-centered.
- The Manager identifies opportunities to streamline and automate workflows, enabling the team to scale effectively as WCK grows.
- Working collaboratively across Development, Finance, and Donor Relations, this leader helps ensure WCK's fundraising infrastructure remains strong, adaptable, and aligned with best practices.
Compensation
- $85,000 - $105, 000 USD
- Annual Salary Reviews and additional benefits outlined in the Personnel Manual.
- WCK offers a 50% match up to 8% of employee salary deferrals, beginning within 30 days of hire.
