Manages the operating rhythm by organizing leadership meetings, business reviews, steering committees, governance forums, agendas, pre-read materials, decision logs, and follow-up actions.
Supports financial, resource, and vendor discipline by partnering with Finance, Procurement, Legal, Risk, and Technology leaders on budget planning, forecasting, investment priorities, vendor spending, contract milestones, and cost optimization opportunities.
Provides support and leadership to employees, project teams, and cross-functional resources by coordinating priorities, deliverables, and decision points without requiring direct reporting authority.
Influences Technology leaders and functional partners to align resources, resolve dependencies, and maintain execution discipline across Technology Leadership-sponsored initiatives.
Coaches and supports team members and workstream leads, escalating resource, performance, or prioritization concerns to appropriate direct managers as appropriate.

The VP Technology Strategy & Operations role serves as a strategic partner, execution leader, and operating coordinator for the Technology organization.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including high-level proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and collaboration tools.

experience in a regulated financial institution or similarly complex, risk-sensitive enterprise environment.
experience with technology modernization, data, Data Warehouse, application delivery, or enterprise architecture initiatives.
