Growth is not a support function at Juno - it is a core engine.
This is a role for a performance-driven, hands-on operator who is ready to build and run something exceptional.

5-8+ years in growth and performance marketing at consumer businesses
Hands-on experience operating paid ad accounts daily - you have relationships with account managers at the ad platforms
Conversion rate and landing-page testing experience with quantified results
