Responsibilities
- Use Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs to create tailored solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve user-reported problems to maintain system reliability.
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, manage project timelines, and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements
- 4 Years - At least 4 years of experience working in Apex Programming, custom development of LWC components, Triggers, integration using Rest APIs. (Required)
- 3 Years - At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development Life Cycle (Agile Methodology) including Deployment/Packaging effectively (Required)
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization and development using Apex, Visualforce, OmniScript, CRMA, Lightning and Lightning Web components.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the organization.
Nice to have
- H.S. Diploma/GED (preferred)
- 4 Projects - At least worked in 4 projects involving Lightning development projects (custom development of Lightning Web Components) (Preferred)
- 2 Years - At least 2 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Service Cloud. (Preferred)
- 2 Years - Hands on experience with Mulesoft. (Preferred)
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Financial Cloud or similar CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Compensation
- The pay range for this role is $74,654.42 - $138,645.15
