Responsibilities
- Owns the Lobby, Daydreamer Café, Package Room and Amenity Spaces at all times by proactively monitoring activity and anticipating guest and resident needs.
- Maintains exceptional presentation of all public spaces by regularly walking amenity areas to fluff pillows, straighten furniture, remove trash and cups, and ensure music, lighting, fireplaces, candles and water stations are set according to brand standards.
- Supports building touchpoints such as water stations, coffee areas, package rooms, and delivery handling, ensuring all areas remain clean, organized, stocked and show-ready.
- Assists the Front Desk team during peak arrival and departure periods and provides operational support wherever needed to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct routine rounds of the building, including corridors, amenity spaces, and back-of-house areas
- Based upon fluctuating demands of the operation and to exceed customer expectations, it may be necessary to perform a multitude of different functions not specifically related to this position.
- This person may be expected to perform other tasks and duties as needed or as directed.
