About the role
- Every bank, fintech, and financial institution has to comply with state-by-state escheatment laws, and most do it with spreadsheets, consultants, and institutional knowledge that walks out the door when someone quits.
- But it was always the wedge, not the ceiling.
- The company is growing rapidly this year.
Responsibilities
- If you've been through a product-to-platform evolution and had to build the new narrative while keeping the existing engine running, lead with that.
- We manage the entire lifecycle - starting with escheatment - delivering flawless, regulator-ready documentation end-to-end.
- Financial support for relocation
Skills
- Pipeline reporting. Clear performance communication to a CEO who watches the numbers and asks pointed questions.
Compensation
- Competitive compensation package and equity plan
- 401(k) plan with a company match
- OneMedical membership
- Financial support for relocation
- We have ambitious plans.
- Our success will depend on our ability to build a thoughtful, inclusive environment where people can sustainably do their best work.
Benefits
- Competitive compensation package and equity plan
- Health, dental, and vision insurance with 100% premiums covered for you
- Unlimited PTO (and yes, we expect you to use it!)
- Short-term and long-term disability insurance
- Company-paid life insurance
- Monthly pre-tax commuter benefits available
- Learning and development stipend for continuing learning opportunities
- Bonus if you've been through a product expansion or platform repositioning, because that's exactly what this role requires.
Company info
- the narrative evolution from escheatment automation to compliance infrastructure platform, the content and campaigns for new product lines, the partner programs, the event strategy for an expanding portfolio.
- The market is large and underserved.
- Compliance departments at financial institutions are full of manual, high-stakes, regulation-driven processes that haven't been touched by modern software.
- Eisen started with the hardest one and is using it to own the rest.
- This is the stage where marketing directly determines how fast the company grows.
- Eisen started by solving one of the most operationally painful problems in financial services: unclaimed property and escheatment compliance.
- Eisen built the platform that replaced all of that with governed software.
- That product is live, has enterprise customers, and generates real revenue.
- Eisen is expanding beyond escheatment into adjacent compliance workflows, with new product lines already live with paying customers.
- Scale what works.
- Build what's next.
