About the role

  • Guidepoint's Legal team plays an important and global role across all our offices.
  • We are currently seeking a Contracts Specialist to serve as the main point of contact between the legal team and internal/external stakeholders regarding all contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiation.
  • This role will report to our Associate General Counsel.

Responsibilities

  • Review, respond and manage contracts-related questions within the Contracts inbox
  • Manage Contract Template library and other knowledge management functions
  • Casual work environment, team building, and other social events

Requirements

  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Apttus/Conga (Salesforce) contracts management system experience is very helpful
  • Knowledge of GDPR and other data protection laws and experience negotiation data processing agreements
  • Knowledge of legal developments in AI and how to incorporate them into contracts
  • You will also be eligible for the following
  • Bachelor's Degree, with at least 3 years' experience working with contracts
  • Law Degree is a big plus, but is not required
  • Contract management experience, preferably in-house
  • Experience reviewing, editing, interpreting and negotiating legal agreements

Compensation

  • $95,000 - $115,000 USD

  • The annual base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000.
