About the role
- Guidepoint's Legal team plays an important and global role across all our offices.
- We are currently seeking a Contracts Specialist to serve as the main point of contact between the legal team and internal/external stakeholders regarding all contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiation.
- This role will report to our Associate General Counsel.
Responsibilities
- Review, respond and manage contracts-related questions within the Contracts inbox
- Manage Contract Template library and other knowledge management functions
- Casual work environment, team building, and other social events

Requirements
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Apttus/Conga (Salesforce) contracts management system experience is very helpful
- Knowledge of GDPR and other data protection laws and experience negotiation data processing agreements
- Knowledge of legal developments in AI and how to incorporate them into contracts
- You will also be eligible for the following
- Bachelor's Degree, with at least 3 years' experience working with contracts
- Law Degree is a big plus, but is not required
- Contract management experience, preferably in-house
- Experience reviewing, editing, interpreting and negotiating legal agreements
Compensation
- $95,000 - $115,000 USD

- The annual base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000.
