Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience required.
- Ability to learn and consistently apply modern precision maintenance techniques for coupled and belt driven equipment.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local codes and ordinances related to facilities plumbing, electrical, and renovation tasks performed.
- Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and equipment schematics.
- Participation in an on-call rotation is required during which a response time of 45 minutes or less is needed.
- Other miscellaneous duties may be required to be performed based on needs of the day.
