About the role
- Pick, pack, and ship small-parcel orders using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and shipping software.
Responsibilities
- Process online orders and maintain product listings on platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or eBay.
- Monitor tracking, resolve shipping issues, and manage returns.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through counts and reconciliation.
- Support workflow improvements and help optimize shipping costs.
Requirements
