Responsibilities

  • We are looking for candidates who are passionate about transforming and analyzing complex datasets into clear, actionable, and timely insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve business results.
  • As the Senior Data Analyst, you will be focused on leveraging SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify opportunities, optimize key metrics, and measure performance across the organization.
  • This is a high-visibility role that partners directly and frequently with senior leadership, translating data into high-quality analysis to support the decisions the business acts on.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, and BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Omni, Sigma).
  • Train and support teams on the data assets you build, so they have what they need to self-serve.
  • Own forecasting and experimentation initiatives end-to-end, from framework design through measurement and recommendation.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand what they actually need and provide data-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science/Analytics) or equivalent experience.

Compensation

  • $95k-$115k
