Responsibilities
- Prepares and audits complex records, edits documents, creates events in registrationsoftware and reviews work done by others
- Maintains methods and organizational systems directed at the maintenance of electronic/physical records related to work operations according to established policies and procedures
- Develops, sends, receives, copies, and distributes communications to the appropriate entities according to established policies and procedures
- In this dynamic role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Associate Director and outreach team, helping deliver non-credit trainings, customized workforce solutions, certificate programs, and conferences that empower learners and organizations.
- You will coordinate departmental operations, support program logistics, and serve as a key moderator for virtual training sessions-managing online platforms, supporting presenters, and enhancing participant engagement.

Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and desktop software, virtual delivery platforms, website tools, social media, and the Internet

- Conditions of Appointment:
- Position is a part-time (50%) University Staff appointment.
- This position will be based out of the Green Bay campus and the selected candidate will work with the position supervisor to set a schedule.
- A criminal conviction investigation will be conducted on the finalist(s).
- In addition, if the final selected candidate has prior work history within the last 7 years with Universities of Wisconsin, a personnel file review check for employee misconduct will be completed.
Compensation
- Minimum hourly compensation of $17.00.
- This position is not exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
