Requirements

  • Strong computer skills, ability to adapt to new tools quickly.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years in a customer facing role (insurance experience a plus, but not required).

Compensation

  • $60K base salary + uncapped commission, averaging $100K-$200K+ (top agents earn $200K+)
  • No insurance license required - we'll pay for your training and licensing so you can hit the ground running.
  • High Earnings Potential: Top agents earn $200,000+
  • $80,000 - $175,000 total compensation (competitive base + uncapped commission).. Includes a higher than industry standard base salary of 60k.
  • Top compensation. We pay at the top of the Kansas City market (see comp).
