About the role

  • TechnoGen leadership has experience guiding highly skilled and certified professionals delivering end to end IT and Business consulting services projects in public and commercial sectors across the globe.

Responsibilities

  • Work with application owners to build a knowledge base that will aid first level environment support capability
  • Help facilitate builds in all OMS environments.
  • Partner with the QA team to smoke test the environment after an environment build or code deployments
  • Help support releases for the OMS applications (COM, SOM)

Requirements

  • Deep technical and functional expertise in one or more of the following
  • Working knowledge of Sterling Order Management System components, API's, and related Interfaces
  • Working knowledge of Unix, Linux Red Hat,
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills and the ability to take an innovative approach to business problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork, sharing knowledge and expertise as it relates to the role.
  • Have a strong understanding of industry standards and upcoming technology
  • You must be legally eligible to work in the United States
