Responsibilities
- Follows Leadership meeting schedule established in LEAD program
- Prepares for and participates in One-on-One meeting with LEAD program director per established schedule
- Communicates any needs or concerns with LEAD program director
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and other company documents
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people
- Must be able to work with children birth to age 21 and their families
- Basic computer skills which includes a working knowledge of database, word processing, spreadsheet, and internet software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of families or employees of organization
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to represent the company in a confident, persuasive and positive manner
- Ability to work under stress and respond quickly in emergency situations

- Minimum of three (3) years broad clinical experience is preferred
