About the role
- This will be out of our Cedar Rapids, IA office, with the first assignment in Port Washington, WI.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project schedule
- identify and address long lead items
- Manage buy-out process
- Detect constructability issues with project design
Requirements
- Desired Experience: At least five (5) years of experience in construction project management.
- Aviation construction experience is required.
- Candidate should have experience managing others with a proven history of leading, teaching, developing and mentoring successfully.
- Experience in a fast-paced business environment is helpful.
- At least five (5) years of experience in construction project management.
- Industry-related college degree is required
- Candidate should have experience with or be able to learn specific project management and scheduling software (ex: JDE, Procore, Bluebeam, Asta).
