About the role
- Orbital Copilot is the AI assistant built exclusively for commercial real estate law.
- ROLE OVERVIEW 🔎 You'll take your commercial real estate expertise and turn it into the logic that powers Orbital Copilot.
- Instead of manual doc review, you'll automate workflows for acquisitions, leases, and title analysis for AmLaw 100 and Magic Circle firms.
Responsibilities
- Build domain-specific knowledge bases and decision trees that translate legal processes into AI workflows.
- Develop automation blueprints for due diligence, lease reviews, and survey analysis.
- Collaborate with AI and software engineers to design features that match how attorneys actually work.
- Your work will directly reduce the reliance on busy lawyers checking documents and writing reports manually.

Requirements
- Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, or title and survey review.
- Ability to break down due diligence into structured, discrete tasks for automation.
- Familiarity with LegalTech software or managing teams using AI tools.
- Experience with programming, no-code tools, or software integrations.
Compensation
- Salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 plus equity options and 401(k) match.
