This role will interact with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, EE designers, manufacturing test engineers and peers from the global R&D organization.

About Qualitrol QUALITROL manufactures monitoring and protection devices for high value electrical assets and OEM manufacturing companies.

You will be designing, developing, creating prototypes, optimizing and testing.
You will design, develop, and create 3D models, detailed mechanical drawings, BOMs, electro-mechanical parts, and gauges.
We use Agile development Methods and the Scrum Framework to deliver critical, customer-facing, solutions.
Verify acceptance criteria is met, support transition to production, and perform failure analysis on problem areas.
Document features, issues, and tests in compliance with our internal processes Be able to derive configured product models from the existing products.
Able to perform Engineering Change Requests that involve updating drawings and BOMs.
3 years or more experience as a design Engineer.
Extensive experience developing 3D CAD designs for parts and test fixtures using Creo, SolidWorks, or similar design platforms.
The primary goal will be the design and development of new products and customizations for our Utilities and industrial customers.

Ensure designs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements Conduct design reviews, assist in FMEA, PFMEA and supporting root cause analysis for mechanical issues The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: Must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.

Your Impact As a Mechanical Engineer in transformer value stream, you will play a key role in product design of devices to monitor transformer health.
