About the role
- This role requires full-time travel and an active Secret clearance (or higher).
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in deploying, upgrading, and maintaining VMware vSphere, ESXi, vSAN, and NSX environments, with a strong preference for expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) management.
- Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments.
- Upgrade and optimize vSphere, ESXi, vSAN, and NSX infrastructures.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver seamless deployment solutions.
- Maintain documentation and best practices for VMware environments.
- Active Secret Clearance (minimum) Extensive experience in VMware vSphere, ESXi, vSAN, and NSX Proven ability to deploy, upgrade, and maintain VCF environments Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to travel full-time to various client sites

Requirements
- You can live anywhere USA but must be within proximity to a major airport.
Nice to have
- VMware certifications (VCP, VCAP, or equivalent).
- Experience working in DoD or government environments.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for VMware deployments.

Compensation
- $130k-$160k
