About the role
- Hillel International is seeking a motivated, detail-focused, and passionate Digital Marketing and Fundraising Senior Coordinator to join our dynamic Direct Response Fundraising team.

Responsibilities
- Support the work of our robust communications strategy, including newsletter and solicitation copywriting and building of email newsletters, appeals, and stewardship pieces - within our team and in collaboration with others
- Create a variety of donation and lead generation forms, helping to engage potential donors and drive conversion
- Design creative and effective multichannel content and marketing materials using tools like Canva, including designing graphics for email, reports, and more
- Manage and track projects, including various digital campaigns
- Create content for fundraising campaigns for email, Hillel's website, text-to-give, and other digital platforms
- Partner with our philanthropic advancement team to implement and execute digital campaigns that promote fundraising events to major donors and other stakeholder audiences

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and/or similar programs to create captivating, original design work
- The ideal candidates will have a team-first attitude, with the ability to work independently and take both direction and initiative.
Nice to have
- PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations
- General experience with SMS as a channel, specifically peer-to-peer text messaging campaigns
- Knowledge in video creation or editing
- Familiarity with GoFundMe Pro or other form creation platforms such as Jotform, FormAssembly, etc.
- Agency experience or similar is a plus

Compensation
- Competitive salary in the non-profit marketplace.
- The salary range for this role is $55,000- $59,000.
