Responsibilities

Support the planning, execution, and management of general marketing and communications projects from start to finish.
Develop and maintain digital tools like sales enablement & marketing materials for our field sales representatives to enhance their effectiveness.
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across our digital media channels, such as social and programmatic ad platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and senior leadership, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of professional experience in a marketing role. (Exceptional candidates with a strong track record of relevant internships during college will also be considered).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy.
Occasional travel may be required.

Nice to have

Strong business acumen and the confidence to comfortably and professionally interact with senior leaders daily.
Professional experience in a manufacturing or B2B industry setting.
Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
Experience with video content creation or editing for platforms like YouTube.
