About the role
- The Group provides comprehensive breadth and depth of coverage across four core services: Market Making, Clearing, Hedging and Investment Solutions and Agency and Execution.
- It has a major franchise in many major metals, energy and agricultural products, executing around 50 million trades and clearing 205 million contracts in 2022.
- The Group provides access to the world's major commodity markets, covering a broad range of clients that include some of the largest commodity producers, consumers and traders, banks, hedge funds and asset managers.
Responsibilities
- Support the Trade Support Supervisor of the Chicago Trade Support Desk, providing first- and second-line support for all global trading platforms to both Marex's internal and external client base.

- At least two (2) years' experience dealing Global exchanges such as ICE, CME, Eurex, etc.
- At least one (1) years' experience in Exchange connectivity for global derivatives, commodity, cash, and equity markets.
- Excellent working knowledge of database queries and excel for Compliance audits and management reporting.
Compensation
- $70,000 to $125,000 per year and eligible for discretionary bonus.
Benefits
- shift coverage generally between 7:00am and 5:30pm (to cover 8.5 hours) Monday through Friday; with occasional needs to evening, weekend, and holiday coverage.
