About the role
- They act as the primary liaison for quality issues with the field team and subcontractors, aiming to prevent defects and minimize rework.
Responsibilities
- QC Planning: Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Control Plan (QCP) and QC checklists.
- Non-Conformance Management: Identify, document, track, and resolve non-conformances (deficiencies), ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Safety Coordination: Collaborate with the safety manager to align QC inspections with OSHA and project safety standards.
- Closeout: Manage project final inspection, punch lists, and warranty documentation.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Control Plan (QCP) and QC checklists.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in construction quality control or project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant field (or equivalent field experience).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and material standards (e.g., concrete, steel, waterproofing).
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management software (e.g., Procore), and excellent communication skills.
