About the role

  • Working from directions assigned by the Line/Section Supervisor to inspect the products based on the Standard worksheet provided.
  • The inspector is responsible for inspecting the quality and cleaning the finished products.

  • Maintain, clean and organize the working station

Requirements

  • Must have knowledge about various sewing and fabrics defects;
  • Experience in Manufacturing and apparel industry considered an asset;
  • Ability to keep a steady hand while inspecting and cleaning;
  • Manual dexterity (the ability to quickly make coordinated movements with one or both hands to manipulate finished products) is required;
  • Proven ability to follow instructions, problem solve and take initiatives towards a solution;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced working environment;
  • Must have good attention to details, must have understanding of construction and quality requirements,
  • Must have good English communication skills;
  • Must be able to stand the whole shift;
  • Must be able to work in a production facility with some level of noises;
