Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience managing US international calculations, US federal international related compliance teams, and tax planning projects with Big 4 accounting firm.
- Experience with global tax matters.
- Experience with base level transfer pricing concepts (Principal structure, Limited Risk Distributor, Contract Manufacturer, etc.).
- Experience in Data Analytics systems (Alteryx, Tableau, Excel).
- Experience in ERP and consolidation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects, effectively prioritize and meet deadlines, and contribute to a culture of excellence, integrity, and accountability.
- Ability to think strategically with excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem‐solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or tax. Master's degree preferred. CPA required.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong analytical, verbal and written communication, people, and organizational skills.
- Skilled in synthesizing data and distilling key points.
- This position will be hybrid with 3 days in N. Bethesda, MD office with the team.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or tax.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Proficient in OneSource suite of products preferred.
Compensation
- $129,250.00-$150,724.00
- The salary range for this position reflects the expected hiring range; however, final compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Benefits
- This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus.
