Responsibilities

  • Prepare complete electrical estimates for commercial and light industrial construction projects Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from drawings, specifications, and bid documents Analyze plans, specifications, addenda, and project requirements to develop accurate pricing Build and manage estimates using Accubid Anywhere Solicit, evaluate, and compare vendor and subcontractor quotations Identify scope gaps, design conflicts, project risks, and value engineering opportunities Prepare proposals, clarifications, exclusions, and scope summaries Support design-build budgeting and conceptual estimating efforts Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed Collaborate with project managers, field leaders, vendors, and company leadership throughout the preconstruction process Participate in project turnover meetings following contract award Maintain estimating databases, labor units, and pricing information Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating and preconstruction processes

Compensation

  • $125k-$150k
