Lead a job site of journeyman / electricians / apprentices
Install projects as contracted and designed utilizing design drawings, specifications, and wiring diagrams
Maintain compliance to all PPE and safety regulations per OSHA and company programs
Leads, guides, and / or trains other electricians in applicable procedures and techniques

This role requires the ability to work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow, and utilize standard construction site facilities.
Daily Reporting, Look-Aheads, and progress updates required

Must be 18 or older.
High School Diploma or GED.
5+ years experience as a Journeyman Electrician with industrial / mission critical experience. (Data Center, Waste Water, etc.)
Read maps, manuals, specs, blueprints, and instructions.
Knowledge of the NEC and the ability to navigate the guidelines.
Bend conduit by hand and use all standard power tools (saws, threaders, wire tuggers, hydraulic benders, knockout punches).
Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
Positive and "Can Do!" attitude, team player, and leader
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Follow all company safety procedures.
