About the role

As an Ecolab Operations Market Manager, you will select, train, develop and coach a team of service representatives with an emphasis on Ecolab's equipment, machines, and service offerings to support area growth and ensure successful delivery of our total value to the customer. In this critical leadership role, serve as the support leader for execution of
our equipment and support infrastructure at the customer and within the area to deliver strong customer outcomes.

Manage a team of individual contributors with an average team size of 6-12 direct reports
Coach team to repair, perform preventative maintenance and installation of equipment and solutions
Recommend productivity objectives, leveraging technology, routing capabilities and safety support tools
Efficiently manage leased equipment, non-sold equipment for proper payback and returns

Combination of 3 years mechanical, sales and/or leadership experience
Drive a company vehicle as required to perform job duties (pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will be performed to determine eligibility to drive a company vehicle)
25% overnight travel required

The total Compensation range for this position is $85,800-$128,800 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms.
We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
